Very comfy bed and bathroom. High tech room. Friendly staff helped with trip planning. Great buffet breakfast and dinner. Excellent value for money compared to other hotels.

Too many electronic devices and not enough personal attention. Automatic curtains, automatic lights etc. Staff training needs improving. Wine and beer selection was very limited, eg no white wine at all! Breakfast was tasty although not a large choice. Needed transport for any sightseeing as it is a bit out of the way.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. The high-tech features of the room allowed me to easily regulate the lighting and other amenities. The staff at this hotel were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist me in planning my trips to various sites and the rail station. The buffet breakfast and dinner were both delicious, and the staff at the dining area were great as well. This hotel definitely offers excellent value for money compared to others I stayed at during my trip.

We recently stayed at a 5-star hotel in Xi'an and were blown away by the luxurious amenities. the room was well equipped with high-tech lighting and the most comfortable bed. the staff were friendly and helped us plan our itinerary. the Spa & Wellness Centre offered many exclusive treatments such as facials and beauty treatments. the indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were relaxing after a long day. the restaurant served a fantastic continental breakfast with helpful and delightful staff. the price was excellent value for money compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip.
The only minor issue was the location, it was far from the city centre which added to our travel time. the private facilities and location advantages compensated for the drawback.

The room was incredibly comfortable, especially the bed, which provided a peaceful and restful sleep. The high-tech features in the room, such as the lighting controls, added a modern touch and made it convenient to set the ambiance. The staff went above and beyond in assisting us with planning our sightseeing trips and providing information about the local area. They even helped us with directions to the nearby rail station, which made our transportation arrangements much easier.
Honestly, there was nothing that we disliked about our stay at this hotel. Everything from the room to the service exceeded our expectations, making our trip to Xi'an truly memorable.
